CANCELLATIONS

Balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to check in date, or at the time of confirmation for reservations made within 60 days of check-in.

Refunds are only available if the unit can be re-rented. No refunds are made for any unused nights. Every effort will be made to re-book the unit. Partial rental of unit will result in prorated refund. If full re-renting of the unit can be done, the following fees will be charged at the current rental rate offered:

*1 night for cancellations prior to 60 days of check in date
*2 nights for cancellations made within 60 days of check in date

CLEANING FEES

Our condos are a home away from home for our visitors. They are kept well-stocked and scrupulously clean for your arrival, and they are cleaned and restored upon your departure. At this time, we do not offer daily cleaning. Our beautiful properties are well appointed with linens and towels for home, kitchen, and beach use, and both properties feature a washer & dryer for your convenience. Cleaning fee (per reservation)

Grand Champions: $275.00 + tax

Keawakapu: $250.00 + tax

TAXES AND FEES

All reservations are subject to the 17.962% Hawaii State General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes.

Fees
We do not charge additional reservation fees. Each reservation will include a cleaning fee of $250+ tax
